Media may pick up their credential and parking pass at the Accreditation Center during the hours below. It may be helpful to do this prior to your first day of working at the track. The Accreditation Center is located in the upper level of the main track building. Access the building by the outside stairs and then enter at the first glass door.

Saturday, July 22: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Sunday, July 23 – Monday, July 24: 9 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday, July 25 – Friday, July 28: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday, July 29: 9 AM – 3 PM
Media Center Hours:
Opening hours are listed below; the center will close approximately one hour after the completion of practice or races/awards each day.
Saturday, July 22: Opens 11 AM
Sunday, July 23 – Saturday, July 29: Opens 7 AM
Please bring cash for a deposit to secure your bib and a locker, if needed, to store your equipment. Parking permits will be provided when you pick up your credentials.
For Media Not Registered through the UCI Online Accreditation Process:
You are welcome to cover practice and races from the public event spaces. You will not be able to access the interior of the track. There will be many exciting photo opportunities throughout the venue outside the fenced areas and outside the interior of the track. Paid parking near the venue is available ($10) as well as free parking with shuttle service. Please show admission staff your valid media credential and you will be admitted for free.
Additionally, you may want to cover the opening event on July 22 at Fountain Park at 6 PM which will feature welcomes from the UCI president (via a video) and SC Governor McMasters and Rock Hill’s Mayor Echols in person. There will be 40+ food trucks, amusement rides and live music to kick off the week of racing.

The Media Showdown will allow media representatives to race against colleagues, learn about the sport of BMX, and get important information about the World Championships and media accreditation process.
